Food Service Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Accountable for meeting or exceeding sales plan with targeted gross margins.
Growing territory market share through account solicitation.
Strategic category sales growth (Foodservice, Fresh Categories).
Educating customers on category management trends and opportunities.
Active participation and involvement with sales meetings, conferences and trade shows.
Works with all departments to ensure that administrative tasks are handled properly.
Achievement of goals for Corporate Marketing Programs.
Build "partner" business relationship with all accounts.
Planning and scheduling customer meetings with Territory Managers and Sales Reps.
Assist in performing program analysis and opportunity analysis on existing and potential customers.
Review Competitive issues including programs and pricing strategies.
Become a category expert on Foodservice and Fresh commodities.
Educate customers and sales team on programs and training programs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
