Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the rehabilitation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations of the department - Supervise and provide guidance to rehabilitation staff, including therapists and support personnel - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the field of rehabilitation - Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and billing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - Proven experience in managing a rehabilitation department or similar healthcare setting - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Knowledge of rehabilitation systems and software - Familiarity with medical records management and documentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
